Cancellation and
Refund Policies

POLICIES WE ABIDE

These policies are applicable after booking

  • 100% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • 50% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • In case of any change in check-in date, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
  • In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
  • Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • GST shall be charged as applicable.
  • In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
